further information

Wojciech Czaja, born in Poland in 1978, is a city lover at heart, but he also has a passion for the countryside. He studied architecture at Vienna University of Technology and works as a journalist, author and moderator in the field of architecture and urban culture, including for Der Standard. He is also a lecturer at the University of Art in Linz and the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. His book publications include Hektopolis, Frauen Bauen Stadt, Das Buch vom Land, mittendrin und rundherum and Wien Museum Neu, published in 2023. During the Corona lockdown in 2020, he launched his photo project Almost. This resulted in a book series and a traveling exhibition that has already been shown at the Wien Museum as well as in Poland, Croatia and Romania. His Almost series today is part of the collection of the Architekturzentrum Wien.

interventa Hallstatt 2024: As moderator, Wojciech Czaja will guide us through the interventa Hallstatt 2024.
